The reason behind the establishment of the Shantibarta Foundation
The whole idea of incorporating Shantibarta Foundation is transparent to the very core i.e., to serve & uplift our society & help the underprivileged. With the evergoing urge to help our society, a total of 55 friends consisting of doctors, engineers, businessmen, professors & Teachers joined their hands & took the first step by registering Shantibarta Foundation on November 2020, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi of Section 8 company.
Having the only agenda to provide utmost help & support to uplift our society, the entire team worked tirelessly, and with their never-ending and never resting willpower, more and more volunteers & donators kept joining the team making the initiative a very success.
Services offered by Shantibarta Foundation
As of now, Shantibarta Foundtion is prioritizing on the following services:
1. Health care – Organizing blood donation campaigns, telemedicine & free health checkup camps for the underprivileged.
2. Education – Ensuring quality of education & accessibility and proper guidance to the children lacking the privilege of education.
3. Social Work – Creating campaigns for social cause, awareness & natural calamity is one on their topmost priorities.
4. Skill Development & Counseling – By providing essential workshops for both men & women, team Shantibarta is teaching skilled jobs & proper guidance for a better future.
Some Insight About The Grand Meet
The grand meet was organized at Kalyani Jubili Park for the entire Shantibarta team for the 1st time after the digital establishment during the initial days of COVID 19.
All members gathered from different parts of the city and were offered breakfast before attending the meeting being the main highlight of the event. The meeting consisted of future planning & appraising the members who offered an unquestionable & untiring effort to the cause.
A Short Recap Of the Meeting
Amongst all the hardworking members, a few members like Mr. Habibur, Mr. Kamruzzaman, Mr. Golam Mortuza, Dr. Jasimuddin Khan, and Dr. A.Samim shared their thoughts on the purpose, thoughts, goals, and agenda behind upscaling Shantibarta Foundation.
A few meeting highlights were the organizing of monthly review meetings to check progress and keep the team motivated along with the announcement of:
1. New Director: Mr. Sabir Khan
2. Treasurer Responsibility: Tofazzul Sk
After the meeting, Lunch preparation was initiated along with some games for kids & even adults for entertainment.
After enjoying a delicious lunch, team Shantibarta Foundation went to experience and enjoy the boating facilities offered by the venues (Kalyani Jubili Park) before saying the final goodbye with a promise to keep contributing to our society & organizing monthly meetups to carry on the legacy.
